Prologue
~~~~~~~~
Welcome to the latest ASCII production from Danzig. It's called 'Rush' and
is dedicated to all my friends and contacts in the scene. First I'd like
to announce that G'Style does not longer exist. Since 911 and Godhead
decided to quit scene and Red Skin left for Art!, Sal-One and I simply
agreed on bury the group. We had a great time but everything has to end
some day, hasn't it? We really tried to put our soles into this group and
the productions we released. I hope you all liked the collections we
released under the G'Style label.
At the moment I'm doing my military service and because of that several
guys have been waiting for their logos far too long. Sometimes 2-3 months.
I really am sorry for this, but when you're home maybe only 2-4 days a
month, all you want to do is relax and meet your friends etc. I have
however managed to make some logos during this time, and they should be
included in this collection. And I'm happy to say that at the time I'm
writing this only have 3 weeks left of my military service.
Recently I have become fed up with the scene of today. Look at the
stuff that comes up on the boards. Maybe a major game released a week or
so. Serious utilities are not very common either. But still there's lots
of files uploaded each day. I'm sorry to say, but 90% or so is pure crap.
Alot of lame ASCII collections from wannabees. Seems as if every sysop,
trader has to release a collection. The quality of most colls are very
questionable. What's more, we have all those boardhacks popping up all
the time. I can't understand how the can be spread. Sysops, take your
responsibility and remove them asap and deduct alot of credits for those
who upload crap like this.
