PPE MENU v1.3. PPEMNU is a PPE program to
allow Sysops the abiltiy to create special
menus for all the numerous PPE programs that
are being written for PCBoard v15.0. This
menu is displayed just like the Bulletin
menu that comes with PCBoard. Simple to
