THE NUCLEAR DETERRENCE WARNING

Inspired by the Vox video on the subject, titled "Why danger symbols can't last forever".
We need to find a way to make sure that, in the future, long after our civilization is gone,
people will stay away from nuclear waste burial sites.
Some of the suggested methods involved a huge spike field, and making phosphorescent cats that glow near nuclear waste.
This is what I imagined the scenario would look like.
