 Usage

 The EXE with no arguments plays the WAV after a fixed 30 seconds precalc.
 Pass a path to the EXE to render a WAV file instead.

 Example to play the track:

 Example to write a wav:

   tenfour-Launching_the_rich_into_the_sun.exe .\output.wav
