so, this demo started out when enfys realised she forgot to bring the REAL field-fx 2026 invite.
i - this being my first time attending a demoparty, of any kind - did not know what to do at nova
i messaged enfys asking for advice on finding what to do, and that's when she told me "why don't we make a parody of this?"
i had never seen the original demo before, so i watched it and immediately the gears in my head started turning- before i knew it, i had in front of me a more-or-less good enough version of that first effect with the 3D cube made of balls
the music was started when enfys was on the train to nova, but all of the code and gfx and all that was entirely partyprod territory, which explains why some of the effects suck lol
i've written lua before, but i had never made a demo - this taught me a lot about TIC-80. i'm glad i did this
