TL;DR: RUN WITH LATEST FIREFOX!
The intro uses brotli compression. The compo version works
only on latest Firefox.
To run the intro, just open the wither.html directly from
local file system with Firefox.
The intro takes a while to load. Ignore possible browser
page unresponsive dialogs and wait patiently until the browser
screen becomes black. Then the intro can be started by pressing
enter. The intro tries to acquire fullscreen automatically
after the black screen. Fullscreen can be exited by pressing
esc and the whole browser window closed (in Windows) by
pressing alt-f4.
