Alive and Twisting v0.8

This is the party version of "Alive and Twisting" by Paradox,
exclusively for the Winter SillyVenture 2023. Since it's V0.8,
it does have a couple of issues:
- it requires more than 512KB RAM,
- sometimes, one frame drops out,
- it does not always exit correctly,
- it does not run on monochrome
But we badly wanted to enter something into the competition
after our long, long absence so please bear with us.
Version 0.9 will have the major issues solved and version 1.0
should then run on a 520ST with an SF354 and either a colour
or a monochrome monitor.
Special thanks to Dan and Dma-Sc for providing everything so
quickly. After all, what you see is just a couple of weeks
with just a few hours spent in front of Atari hardware.
