VROOM! & Stella-Emulator
The game is best played on a real Atari 2600 console with up to four pairs of paddles (and a QuadTari if you happen to own one). If that's no option, the Stella emulations is 2nd best choice.
Important information:
- Download the latest version (6.52) of Stella from https://stella-emu.github.io/downloads.html
- After installing, starting Stella and selecting the VROOOM! ROM, go into "Options/Game Properties".
There:
- In "Controllers" tab select "Paddles" for both ports
- "OK"
- Then (re)load the ROM ('control+R' while in emulation)
- Paddle buttons of the top four players are by default emulated by 'left control' (or 'space'), 'right control' (or '4') , 'f' and '6' keys.
