Lil tribute to Neonsky by Ephidrena (yes we are huge fans of EPH at Agenda :P).
Fast, full screen neon rasters and music.

Heavily commented source code attached. Study and code your own :).

Tested in Atari800win, Altirra x64/2.70 and on real HW (both with and w/o DOS).
