JavaBK2010:
1. Move "road2cafe.bin" file to "files" folder.
2. Select BK0011M in "Machine type". Start emulator.
3. Type "L" (Load), then "ROAD2CAFE", press Enter.
4. Type "G" (Go!)
5. Enjoy, but this JavaBK2010 has very bad AY emulation
gid's emulator:
1. Select BK0011m+mstd mode
2. Type "L" (Load)
3. Drag&Drop "road2cafe.tap" file to emulator
4. Type "G" (Go!)
