This entry is not missing. According to RK/LE scene compo rules, rule no.7:
"All contributors automatically agree to spread their entries as party stuff under public domain rules after the party is finished; we can make an exception to any of you who needs to finalize or bug-fix your executable within a period not longer than 30 days; do not forget to get in touch with us before."
The Authors of this entry pointed to this rule and we respect it. They will publish and spread the final version asap.
