Hello all party freaks!!!
At first maybe some history... About one year ago some Polish guys from
Amiga scene were tired of everything which was related to computers. They got
up a small booze bivouac which afterwards they called PIWAK '94. And in this
year we have pleasure to invite you to the next bivouac-party which we called
THE SUMMER LIBATION CAMP. We hope every friendly guy from Amiga scene will be
present there because we want to make a really friendly party where there will
not be any computers, stuff and X-Copys. The party is organized for those
dudes who are in the scene for friendship and not only for damn stuff. So
read now some more informations.
1. WHERE?
The party is to be held in Mielno, a little town at The Baltic Sea. There is
only only 10 km to the nearest bigger town Koszalin. There is huge beach and
clean sea there. In summer lots of people rest there because it is one of the
nicest place in the sea in Poland.
2. WHEN?
The Summer Libation Camp party starts Friday 30th of June and will be closed
???... it only depends on your money. You can stay there even 60 days but
the organizers will not be longer than 7 days. During Friday (30th of June)
and Saturday (1st of July) one of the organizers will stay at the party place
to invite the party visitors.
3. THE PARTY PLACE.
We will be stay at a camping site in Mielno so please take pavilions and
sleeping-bags along with you. We are going also to set up some houses for
drinking but for sure some of the visitors will have to sleep under canvas or
in the open (if U do not take pavilions hehe). There is also a contingency to
borrow a tent in Mielno (it costs about 2-3DM per day). U can also take:
- some condoms,
- vodka or beer (but we think it will be better if you buy it in Poland
becouse it is much chiper here!),
- paper bags for your barfs.
4. JOURNEY TO THE PARTY PLACE.
Mielno is located in the north-west Poland. U can reach the party place:
- by car: went to Poznan or Szczecin and there ask about the way to Koszalin.
In Koszalin ask about the way to Mielno and there find the camping site. Is'n
it easy???
Here it is the numbers of roads:
- to Poznan: E8, E83.
- from Poznan to Koszalin: 155 (to Pila), 285 (to Bialogard),
52 (to Koszalin)
- to Szczecin: E14, E74.
- from Szczecin to Koszalin: 52.
- by train: if you arrive to Poznan or Szczecin than take a train to Koszalin
and there take a bus to Mielno. Or if you have any problems just ask anybody,
for sure one show you the way beacuse Poles are very friendly people.
5. COSTS AND PRICES.
You should take some money for:
- journey,
- payment for the camping site (only about 2DM per day!),
- some food (very cheap!),
- drinking.
- special attractions.
The prices in Poland are very low and for sure they will not be too high for
any foreign visitor. And here you are some prices:
- 2l of Cola - 2DM,
- one huge hamburger - 1DM,
- 0,5l of vodka - 5-8DM,
- 0,5l of beer - 0.60 - 1DM,
- good drink in a bar - 2 DM.
6. SPECIAL (???) ATTRACTIONS.
- there is BROK (one of the best Polish beers) firm's tent for over 500
people,
- there is also fun fair there !!! yep we know you like it!
- we will set up a swimming-competition, barf-competition, beer-competition,
- there are of course some discos, pubs, bars etc.in Mielno.
