Every day I get up around 05:30. My alarm on my
phone wakes me. Some times I jump out of bed and
at other times I hide my head in the pillows. 

Mondays are the worst. The combination of a hard 
weekend and going to bed to late must be the 
reason.

The daily morning routine is: Find clothes, feed
dogs, take a shower, brush teeths, prepare coffee,
put clothes on, drink coffee, kiss wife, drive to
work. 

After work I go training for a few hours. It's hot
in the summer and so I might take a shower before
fetching my son in the kindergarten. 

We live near by the kindergarten and often walk
home.
