Unexpanded VIC-20. Use real hardware or sound-patched VICE (SVN or 2.1 once
it comes out). No memory expansions; with VICE remember to turn true drive
emulation on. If you don't want to waste a whole floppy disk for this, just
write the files future1999.prg and 1999data.
The only new routine is the audio codec.
Some animation loops had to be removed because of memory management and
linking roblems I didn't have time to study further.
