Chances are you open this file to learn how the hell to turn off the stupid music so lets start there.
Penor may be run in no-sound-mode. To do this add the flag -nosound after penor.exe when you run it through the command line. Ex c:\spel\penor\penor.exe -nosound would run Penor without any sound. To skip starting the game through the command line all the time, just make a shortcut.
Since time is kinda short right now thats about all I'll write here, but you shouldn't have much problem figuring the rest out. It's not rocket science.
