- A very simple space combat game
Requirements:
A computer with Java 1.5 installed, screensize equal or larger than 1024x768.
How to start:
The best way to start this on Windows is to run the file called winstart.bat.
If you use a different OS you may start it by typing this in your console:
javaw -jar AsteroidFighter.jar
What will happen when I start it?:
The game start by default in versus mode, player versus player. If you want a different game mode add one of the
following command line parameters (this will be GUI controlled later):
-ai Player two will be AI controlled (use this if you ain't got a friend around).
-p3 Player three will be enabled (AI controlled).
-p4 Player four will be enabled (AI controlled).
How do I control it?
Player one:
Use arrows to move your ship.
Press - (minus) to shoot.
Player two:
Use the keys asdw to move your ship.
Press ctrl (control) to shoot.
