FIleRESAmpler 1.0
A Program to reduce or expand an file by a factor of 2. This is done by
averaging the bytes in the file. The new file will be roughly either double or
half the original size.
Requirements:
Java
Syntax
java -jar firesa.jar <program options>
Program options:
firasa [x][r] <inputfile> <outputfile>
x Expand file
r Reduce file
