Supreme 2 (dxm-remix of Supreme) by Outbreak

This dxm-remix-version of supreme was made just to announce that
supreme and muhammad now exist for win32, available at www.pouet.net
and www.outbreak.nu!
Sorry for entering the competition with this crappy joke production
but it was far too temping considering that all the code was ready:
all I had to do was to replace the 16->32 bitconverter and change
all the samples in the module. The result is of course very crappy
but superior to anything released by DXM so we are happy.
Notice that DXM was in no way involved in this production, except
as an inspiration.
