This is my entry to Assembly 2002 MP3 Instrumental competition.
The release should contain 3 files: The competition entry ARIA.MP3,
the source file package ARIA_SRC.ZIP, and this README.1ST file.
The source file package contains a README.TXT file, which describes
the source code in detail. The source code itself is a collection
of tools which are capable of reconstructing the competition entry.
The Windows executables have been included in the source package.
The actual name of the competition entry is "Aria in C", as is given
in the author tag of the MP3 file.
