Slavy translation of the poem:
My chip from Cirrus
was settled by a virus
It growls to me from the VGA
and decreased my resolution
Big choir of its buddies
occupied my proccessor
they ignore the Intel label
I've got a calculator instead of my Pentium
Also the disc spins funny
I glare on it, pop-eyed
other big virus' strenght
is being taking away the capacity
Another big order of the virus
decelerated my ethernet
they make a very big fun of it -
four bits per second.
I don't mention the memory
they're there too - I know it!
they arranged a party there
devouring bits, playing cards..
Few of them sit on a mouse
they don't percieve, they don't listen
no matter how i howl - tragedy!
the cursor simply doesn't move!
Anyway, a change never dies
I cought one of them
and got known that on its hind part
there is a microscopic point
I examine by microscope without delay
from the begining, from the middle,
and i stare, unable to say a thing:
"Copyright by Microsoft"
Ten second after this 'scene'
I'm deleting Windows immidiately
and now, on a free room
I'm giving (installing) Linux - it's a clear thing!
Since that, day after day
there's a pleased smile on my face
and I stay cool all the time
My computer? Running, running...
(i do appologize, it quite does not make a big sence in English
[particulary] but it rhymes perfectly in Czech :-])
