Patch for Distance 99 Partyreport

New stuff:
- Nosound support added
- Export now works (in window mode only :)
- Some other small bugs
How to use:
- Extract copy "Distance 99 Partyreport.exe and export3.tga to the
directory where the partyreport is located. Start the exe.
(export3.tga will be deleted after the first time you run the report).
Also included is msvcrt.dll and msvcirt.dll. Some people didn't have
them :)
