REFLECTIONS by INQUISITION - WINDOWS PORT

The Win32 port requires a reasonable version of DirectX.
There are no real visible differences between this version and
the original, except for some misplaced syncs, due to the
differences in DOS and Win32 timing techinques. I tried to do
some workaround, still some syncs are faulty.
And the music is now played correctly :)
Obviously the Xlink library won't work under Win32, so I
omitted that, and used my own file-lib instead.
(Sorry Qbikk, your GRPacker crashed :)
