No, "Mah" isn't an abbrevation. Mah simply means 'my.' My music.
We operate on a mixed principle; but it all boils down to what
we like to call 'artistic freedom.' Freedom for the artists to
do whatever they want, as long as the music they produce is of a
high enough quality to deserve the Mah imprint. Not all releases
are from members, in fact we encourage people to send in their
tracks for a possible guest release. Of course, there are a few
rules: it has to be a style which fits Mah. Essentially that
means if it isn't we won't release it. Download a few releases
and you'll see what I'm talking about. Even more important, it
has to be -good-. High quality only. If you want to, of course,
you're welcome to join Mah. What you'll get from releasing music
through Mah is; more publicity, more recognition in the scene,
lots of free distribution and more. A lot more. If you use Mah
for listening purposes only, be assured that we release some of
the greatest music the scene has to offer, no matter what style.
