enrmp120 - the silence industry - the silence industry

started in late 2006 by graham jackson, previously playing in the
bands "droom" and "a luna red".
the silence industry got started featuring whoever else wanted to
work with graham on music at the time. current lineup features
close friends laura mikulec, josh pearlman and hyuma frankowski.
while the silence industry may borrow bits from rock music,
it isn't their intention for the project to be a traditional
commercial "rock band". everything they do is creative commons,
and available for free. they're always looking for new ways to get
their music directly to listeners. they're also not trying to
deliberately fit into any existing genre.
whatever other people want to say about them or call them is fine.

at enough we were delighted to be introduced to their project,
and even more thrilled to be present it as part of our catalogue.
we call them canadian alternative gothic rock.
