Poor little Macno and Darken. Do you really take the scene we're all sharing as brothers and sisters, our community filled with happiness and joy, this serious? You shouldn't express yourselves with as strong words as you did in the otherwise very good diskmagazine ROM 7. This is just because we all know, even you yourselves, I guess - if you aren't too stupid, that is - that you're both miles away from being capable of putting together a production like Tint. Tint is, and will always be, considered a nice demo. Of course everyone must have their own opinions about demos etc. I have myself some negative criticism on Tint and other demos, naturally, but as you two sceners (probably) never ever will do something like Tint, you shouldn't complain about the code. The routines in Tint looks nice. The design of Tint is nice; Rodney and the other designers have done a great work with the animations and overall layout.

The morning after ROM issue 7 had been released, Rubberduck called me up and said something like: "ROM 7 has been released and it's filled with articles about us. Too bad Macno has got something to do with it! Mop did what he was supposed to do and I must admit, he is a very skilled writer!" I know, that also Rubberduck takes the scene for fun most times but when reading opinions like yours nobody can stay wholly untouched.

For example, when you, Darken, had discussed the HAM8 C2P routine with Equalizer and Offa, you asked: "\1How can you simulate so many colours, in order to make those blurs?\2". Just to ask a question like that is totally idiotic and shows clearly that this person isn't a very smart coder. Of course, Offa said: "\1We use HAM8!\2". It surprises me also that Mop included this stupid question. When I asked Offa about it, he told me that he couldn't dream of the fact that Darken's questions were a part of Macno's article.

Another thing that is really nice and funny about the code in Tint is the fact that Equalizer, the main-responsible for the HAM8 routine actually didn't own an AGA machine when coding most of his routines for Tint. He sat with his A600 and each time he thought that a routine could be something to show Offa, he run across the street and finished the routine on his computer. I must say that this is very impressive. Something else that amuse me is the fact that the routine that is included between the credits and the first part of the demo is coded in two hours (if I remember right) by Equalizer at the party place, The Gathering, that is.

When you're complaining about the music you're in my opinion probably right, but the fact still stands that the music was praised to the skies when the demo was shown at The Gathering. It's actually so, that people loved it and of course especially the last tune. I personally believe that this module sound very cool with the singing lady, and when asking Azazel about this, he says that he asked a girl he knew if she could sing with his own notes and texts. He sampled and made it sound very nicely indeed! Though, it is true that most musicians and people that have got some musical sense without doubt says that the music in Tint isn't very well done, but this stands for them, naturally!
