Yet again, The Heavyweight/Broken brings you another issue of the World
famous Utility Pack Series, called "Devious Tools".
The reason why this pack was quite elayed was because of the weather!!
Well, let me explain.. For the past 3 days, the maximum tempature was around
40°C. (38.6°C, 42.2°c, 40.8°c respectivily), and today it seems like around
40°c as well.. So what does this matter?? Well, if you have a day when the
temp is around 40, it makes you don't want to do anything at all :-( .. Hence
the delay.

I plan to initiate a new front end of this Utility Pack, but is planned
(with luck) to appear in the 100th issue with a nice new Broken Design!!!
As you may of noticed, the Devious Tools has changed group!! The reason
is that I started up my own group, but I have decided to keep the Devious
Tools name because of the following:-
1) It's a well recognised name
2) Devious is a ambigous word.
Each new issue of Devious Tools can be gotten from the following Broken
