Every sysop who will take part to the Swiss Charts has to
upload his 10 Top Uloaders in a special format which I will
explain after,to the swiss chart conference of the Zenith WHQ:

The name of the .TXT file should be as follows:

Interview of AMIGAFLASH sysop of LOGIC PALACE SYNERGY HQ

N: Well, AMIGAFLASH, try to present yourself...
A: My real name is Roland, I'm 18 years old (soon 19).
I began my subject as electronic-mechanic two and
a half year ago. I live in a small town called
Schwarzenburg near Bern.
I'm leader of synergy and enjoy the fun of modemtrading
and operating a bbs.

N: Let s talk about your first computer.
A: Ohhhh...my first computer was an amiga 500, but I know
the VIC-20 very good. One of my friends had such a nice
thing and we lost a lot of time behind this machine.
L8er he bought a C64 but I decided to buy an Amiga computer.
@
N: So one day,you have discovered the AMIGA,tell us about your
first meeting with this computer.
A: It was some years ago, 1987 I think. I found an advertisment
about the A500... at this time I said "I must have it".
These graphics and sound, I was fascinating.
So I went to the store and bought one... one of the first A500
which has been sold in Switzerland, with american keyboard.

N: Well,when u have bought your Amiga,you were not in Synergy.
So,what his the first group u were in ??
A: My first group was justice, I think...yes it was...I hacked
some swiss boards and this guys heard about them.
So I joined as modemtrader, sysop and a little bit hacker.
Then after some times I began to call overseas...
I joined imagine who died after a short time. Then i found
some contacts to AFL... I joined them... two months later,
I told goodbye to them. Then I found the way to Synergy.

N: Then,u have joined Synergy... was it difficult ??
A: First time I got in touch with synergy was in my AFL time.
I chatted with Disaster and he told me about Synergy.
I was intersted by them. It was a new crew, no releases at
this time and every day a new member. I saw future in this
group.
Now I'm one of the roots of Synergy, and SIthink it will
continue like that.

N: In the beginning,you were just a simple trader.Give us a few
words about these times.
A: I got my first modem two years ago. It was a supra 2400 baud
modem, but after one month I had enough 2400 speed and bought
my courier hst modem. First I was a simple modem user.
I began my activities in some paragon boards. I like the
new warez, so I traded a little bit on these lame boards.
Then I got account on Guru's Underground bbs, fighted for
every byte, became faster and faster. I began to call other
elite boards, joined Justice, and at one day I got my first
calling card from Neptun. He gave me some numbers and I started
to trade worldwide. After some months the time of inactivity
began... it was about a half year I didn't call the states.
But then I found a great card supplier and began again.
I lost most of my accounts and so I had to restart.

N: The idea of opening a board here in Switzerland came to your
mind,do you still think that is a good idea ???
A: I think it's hard in Switzerland to open a bbs, coz every
(sorry) lamer is able to open one. Mine is a gateway between
elite and normal modem users, so I have a lot of calls and
every one likes the speed of a simply bbs who's open for
everyone. I began with Paragon bbs, after a hard discussion
with my parents I opened the bbs 24 hours. It was the first
Amiga/hst/24h bbs in Bern running Paragon. Because Paragon
was very slow and old I ordered Xenolink bbs in Sweden.
This is a real good bbs software and I like them.
You may configure it as /X-bbs or Paragon or what you want.

N: What is your opinion about the different categories of users ?
A: Traders : A must for the scene.
Uploaders : Very cool, i like it.
Leechers : Hate'em !
Locals : They may be good guys but I hate'em when they
know my voice phone.

N: Give us a description of your board...
A: My board is the Logic Palace, a one node system (soon 3).
How said before, a gateway between elite and normal users.
I'm connected to Fido-Net (2:301/706) and Aminet (44:8010/507)
and have a lot of online doors and a self made hardware sales
door (If someone is able to send me a full /X-arexx documen-
tation.I want to convert it). My board is running on A2000/'30
with 260 megs hard disk space.

N: And a word about the cosysops ?
A: I have a lot of them. Disaster,Leviathan and Softline.
Softline is a very good coder, if I need a tool he is able
to code everything for me. Leviathan is a very cool dude
and has always some cool pix for my bbs. Disaster is
one of the best board supporters. Thanx must go to them all.

N: What do you think about the swiss scene ?
A: Ohhhh... ermmm... ok... I think there are to much elite
boards in Switzerland. The traders are ok, but there are
a lot of lamers on the swiss boards. I know, I'm not the best,
I'm only calling 3-4 boards but there I give my best to
support them.

N: Frienship rules ??
A: First I thought yes but after some meetings and paddys I have
to say no. Private the most dudes are ok but if there are
some bytes between them in the upload charts they start
a really hard fight.
Then there are some guys who know only the word lamer...
Everyone is a lamer, he is in the wrong crew or something else.
Really shitty. But they are not better than someone else.

He sold his modem, computer and so on!

Rumours says that RASH was busted by AT&T 'coz of illegal
using of calling cards! Watch out, and don't use them to much
the next time!

Rumour says that ALCATRAZ will maybe soon publish following
programs:
Multimedia sound, Swiss IceHockey Manager, Odyssey!
The manager will (if all works correctly) be available for
Amiga and PC in January next year! It will contain many
options, even more than the Bundesliga Manager Prof! You will
have 4-6 boards so it will be really komplex! The price will
be around 50 sFr, so look out for an original NOW!
