$VER: Apatia by Venture v1.1. 08.08.97

Title: Apatia
	Duration: 6:03
	Date: 03-Feb-97

		Korbatz's opinion:

Very good one. It begins slowly and one after another new "flavours"
are being added. Now a little story: yesterday (8.06.97) Wierza, RT
(second musician from Venture) and me went drink something. We had
started at RT's house, then we continued in a night club. We came
back home about 7 a.m. Well, because we drank votka and beer we were
'a little bit' drunk, and when I had started to listen to 'Apatia' I
assiociated it with a man who had drunk a lot the day before and now
he has got some problems with his behaviour. Perspiration on his
forehead, throat convulsions and impossible to vomit...
Hehe, so even though the module is not bad at all I will always
associate it only with alcoholism...

Title: Autumn Rain
	Duration: 4:06
	Date: 02-Feb-97

		Korbatz's opinion:

This one begins like an ordinary autumn rain, then fine enterance with
side-drums and it looked like it's gonna be really nice module,
somthing a'la 'wow! you're so pompous! :)' but it turns out into
mixing of 'Pszczolka Maja', 'Star Wars and 'Top Gun'. In fact it's
Wierza's classic module...
That middle part reminds me of some cartoon or something like
that...

Title: Lh-2
	Duration: 7:40
	Date: 12-Feb-97

		Korbatz's opinion:

Noone knows where has Wierza taken this title from. He hasn't told
anyone yet. Anyway it is not a second part of some module, or he
didn't play the first one to us... For me this module is trial of
making a musical contact with electronic musicians (do not mistake
them with techno-maniax wave). It's something a'la Tangerim Dream or
J.M. Jarre in Wierza's performance. Soothing electronic music.
Similar to 'Japanese War' this one also might be useful for some disk
magazine...
I cannot think about visualization of the module - it's just good job,
but with a little lack of spice...
Strange, but Wierza likes this one the most...

Title: Japanese War
	Duration: 3:52
	Date: 09-Feb-97

		Korbatz's opinion:

Original, worrying, pleasant - just well made module. At the first
listening it may sound just too calm, too rhythmic, but it makes very
nice climate, something a'la shogun...
Beautyful Country of Overbloomed Cherry, once blossom and
cheerful, now flowing down with blood of women and children in the
name of influence of huge Families of Nippon... What is worse -
nowadays no one even thinks about heroes who want to bring back their
fatherland its splendour... Devastation's done. There's no hope for
better tomorrow.
This module is one long trasition showing in a wide
perspective damaged country, burning villages, dead bodies on the road
being torn by wolves, knights in an oriental armours, smoke, fire and
pain.
		The end of civilization...
Ideal piece of art for brave and ambitious editors of diskmags... You
can close your and imagine realistic japanese climates (Just is
sitting beside me and he said this module was almost like for
'SoulEdge' - game on psx). I'm afraid Wierza has begun to think 'bout
his compositions. This one is my second favourite on this msxdisk and
if I'm in a good mood it's ex aequo with Dream On. I think that such
a nice module even Scorpik wouldn't be ashamed of.

Title: Dream On
	Duration: 5:07
	Date: 01-Dec-96

		Korbatz's opinion:

It's my favourite on this musicdisk. The title refers to a great
film, which was broadcast last times in Polish commercial tv (polsat).
If I heard this module played in some competition I would say it is
Wierza's one... One sample is slighty similar to 'full contact' (by
Team Seven - yes, it was seven not seventeen then). Bass - classic
Wierza's bass, some nice drums during slowpart, but whole composition
is suspectly concise... Some strange transitions offen occours in
Wierza's modules - then I always say that we can hear when he had gone
sleep, and where he started again next day...
The module would be much better if Wierza fucked out that fucking
flutes in one third of the module. Just to keep you informed I am in
'The Holy War State' with him in case of these flutes, 'cause they
doesn't seem to me so important as Wierza says... In exchange he
wrote a module for me based on flutes only. :)

Title: Ware
	Duration: 5:15
	Date: 17-May-97

		Korbatz's opinion:

Hmm... I don't really know how to estimate this one. In general I
have the biggest problems with it because it's a classic Wierza's
module. It is another module, where Wierza shows his musical tastes.
It is the same thing when sculptor carves always the same figures.
When Wierza sits in a front of FastTracker and forgets himself then
usualy we can hear something like that. (sorry Wierza :)

Hello dear Scener!

Finally it is, the promised music collection from our group
musician, Wierza of Venture. Planned for several months, postponed
many times from one school break to another, but it is.
In this part of text you will find some various texts from us. Not
too much, however. We are doing our demo in the same time to present
it on the Intel Outside Party 4, it is called "Fallen Angels" and it's
almost finished now. If you hadn't already, watch it too!
This is the second musicdisk from Wierza. Yeah, the previous was
on one floppy disk so we could call it musicdisk. This one is hd-only
and takes much more space. So let's call it "music collection"
instead of "musicdisk". All the modules are multichannel. We hope
you have good configuration to listen them correctly. There is a
setup file, so you can low the frequncy if still have 020 processor...
The first musicdisk, "Voices Of Madness", was released on holidays of
1993. An interesting thing is that it was done by the same guys, that
is Wierza (music), Korbatz (graphics) and Noster (code), however we
weren't Venture yet.
The modules were chosen by Wierza on his own, they're in the
similar style... We really enjoy the tunes, and hope you are
satisfied too.
