So you finally managed to get into memory! Congratulations!
You're obviously someone who has a knowledge of coding and the
persistence to never give up...we need someone like you! Write
to us at the New Zealand address elsewhere in this memory dump!
PLEASE NOTE!!: This product is the property of REALITY.
If you rip ANYTHING from here then you MUST give us credit for the
item ripped!!! - Shayde/Reality April '92.
Welcome to another
We are finally
back with another
Well I guess we had
better show you some
Well we haven't shown
you any kick-ass
effects yet, have we?
Silents and Crionics
managed to improve
upon the boring 24
face Glenz vector by
doubling the number of
faces to 48.
Lets see if WE can
Well wasn't that nice!
Watch out for
we'll try and beat our
Naaah, we can't wait
Next up - some full
I coded this several
months ago for a demo
that was never releas-
ed. Hope you like it!
Now for the credits
for this production!

Well a real kick-ass effect a
couple of years ago but perhaps a little
old and outdated now?
New shapes don't seem to help...
Naaaaah sux!!! Lets get rid of it!
And THIS is the current world record?!
Well I guess that means we CAN do it!
you didn't doubt that did you?
I think this effect is now a
little old too...
Well where can we go from here?!
We can only go up so why
don't we try...
Well there it is!
A new world record
for full-frame rate Glenz vectors!
Sorry Silents/Crionics for using your
nice Glenz vector introduction effect.
It was too much of a temptation!
How did we push the speed of a standard
Glenz-vector routine beyond the normal
call of duty?
It was quite simple really.......
I wrote a 68020 emulator which causes
the 68000 of the standard Amiga to think
that it is in fact a 68020!!!
Because the 68020 has a more optimised
pipelined architecture it can operate at
over twice the speed of the 68000 at the
same clock-cycle rate, thus giving us
the extra speed to do 96 faces...
"Sure," you say.
"But what about the
overhead of the emulator itself?!"
We can't get full 68020 speed
because of the overhead but we get
enough speed for our purposes!!!
Well as we have made a few 96 face Glenz
objects for your perusal we'll take this
opportunity to get those boring but oh
necessary group messages out of the way!
To clear up a nasty rumour around...
Some lamers have been spreading a rumour
that we rip our code and graphics. Well
as you can see we can hardly rip a world
Obviously a lot of ideas in this demo as
in most demos are taken from others, but
ALL code and ALL graphics in this demo,
except for the music-player and flashing
logo graphics, were done by us!!!
And now some Contraventional hellos go
to the following friends...
Mac/Addonic > Control and Tom Copper of
Alcatraz > Charlie/Amaze > Pinny/Anarchy
Kr'33/Axis > Hoover/Brainstorm
Parsec/Cytax > Phrasher/Dictators
Daddy Freddy/Spirit > Striper/Flash-
Productions > Dragos/Grace
Lucas/Majic12 > Faze/TSB > Focus/Vectra
Shadow/DualCrew > Pseudonym/Zero Defects
Coming up a message from Rogue/Reality
(formally Bad Grafix/Reality)...
"Well as you can see I have changed my
name from BAD GRAFIX to ROGUE! I will
no longer be swapping for Reality as I
am concentrating on graphics only (I
need the practise!)..."
"MYTH and POISON will continue swapping
with my contacts. Sorry to all those
guys who haven't heard back from me! I
hope you'll have just as much fun (?!)
swapping with them! Regards to all!"

CODER. As the only coder in Reality, I
(Shayde) can't meet the needs of the
group. Contact NZ HQ if coding vectors
and bobs are second nature to you...
Well I think thats enough fun with 96
face Glenz-vectors today...
We can't let you have TOO much of a
good thing, can we?!
This Glenz sphere consists
of 134 faces, 144 vertices, and of
course operating at FULL frame rate!
It is NOT a bob animation!
the memory required and you'll see!
This is power - KIWI style!!!
