{Well, here we are finally, the party has}
{started and hopefully, things are great!}
{This text contains information that}
{has ?applied? since the invitation demo,}
{so read if you want to know what's}
{happening around here. }
{To start with, we have the Cafeteria.}
{Here you can buy things, unfortunatly,}
{the first hours just things to drink,}
{but later in the day we will make a}
{little shopping tour, so tell us what}
{you like to see in the cafeteria, and}
{we might buy it for you. The cafeteria}
{also works as a reception, so if you}
{have something to ask about, this is}
{where you turn to.}
{Then we have the competitions. The}
{winners will be voted by a jury, which}
{will consist of one person from each}
{group present at the party (the group}
{must at least have three present}
{members). You may send different members}
{to different competitions, just make}
{sure you send someone. Maximum number}
{of members in the jury is 30. The jury}
{will grade the contributions on a scale}
{from 0-5. After all members have voted,}
{the result is calculated.}
{The definate competitions are: Demo,}
{music, gfx, realtime and bootintro.}
{OBS: All you that leave contributions}
{to the gfx-competition, do NOT sign}
{the picture that will be shown to the}
{jury (or cover it), since we would like}
{the votes to be as fair as possible.}
{Note that all disks that go in to us,}
{must be labeled with group, and starting-}
{information.}
{A 'bandy'-tournament will be held at}
{early sunday morning IF interest is}
{found.}
{If you want to buy hardware, disks,}
{games, PD-progs, look around for the}
{companies that will sell this. HJ-}
{TRADING will organize some nice}
{competitions where you can win things}
{like a HARDDRIVE and other goodies.}
{No Arcades on the party, but there's}
{a pinball-game just outside the}
{cafeteria, if you haven't noticed.}
{Groups that are about to join the}
{demo competition can test how it will}
{look on the RGB-projector. Just ask}
{any one in the staff (Hint: go to the}
{reception).}

Tjosan, and welcome to the Summer-Conference 1992 here in Bjorkebyskolan! Today is the 7th of August (guess the year!) and this is some info again. Remember that we are extremely sorry for all misfeatures at this party, the cafeteria-troubles origin in a false promise from some guys. They were supposed to arrange it but backed out the day before yesterday, so we had to arrange it as good as we could right now. Short delays, and loads of trouble. Also, this Welcome-disk was supposed to contain loads of fun stuff, but - sorry again! SHIT! However, we still think that we can make this to one of the better recent parties.
