welcome to the first of our great mod compilations. This one is called
CONVERGENCE#[2
code..........skidz.....[2......modz.........converse...[2.......gfx..........skidz.....[2.......zylax.....[2
..........hi there - SKiDZ on da keys here to say a few words. I would like to thank both Converse
and zYLAX for their support in the making of diz fine produxion. And a big booo and a
hiss to Gobliiin for not creating the gfx! Maybe we shall see some new gfx for the next
release!

I would just like to point out that the routines used to play the mods and also to unpack 'em
were coded at the start of 1997, but only released a few months later! Area 51 are the first
to make use of these library calls via AMos! Yip, this was coded in Amos. Nobody else has
managed to do this in Amos before. All mods played via calls to the -ptreplay.library- and
all de-crunching done via direct calls to the -crm.library- ....... calling both libraries at
the same time caused a few probs from within Amos, but I managed to pull it off in the end!
So now we can make Amos play any tracker module composed by converse and are not limited to bugged
amos commands. Even the amos craft commands won't cope with the mods on diz disk! Enjoy..........
I suppose I had better do a few greetz here! Hi to the following:- zYLAX, Converse, Gobliiin, Slade,
Zamara and all the other Area 51 Posse! Also a big hi must go to these fine
peeps........Steve at F1 Software, Dave Kirk of Apex Systems, Mark Bryant (Keep Coding),
Linda (my love - Awwww!) and of course, to everyone else I've forgotten (AGAIN!!!)

Right, I'm gonna pass you over to both Converse and zYLAX who have a few
things they wanna say.......over to Converse first of all.....
Hi Converse here, I'll keep this pretty short coz I never know what to
type in these things!! ... Maybe I'll type up the whole of War and Peace
just to pass time ..... then again.......

.....Aaaaaannnnyyywaaaay, I hope you enjoy these
mods. If you have heard my stuff before, you will no doubt already know that
I experiment with music and try to interest the listener as much as
possible. But enough whinging from me, I'll just tell you a bit about this
production before I get onto the good bit. This is a music disk. It is
full of music on a disk!!! Right, onto the good bit.....da greets!!
I'd like to thank everyone who has given me support and
encouragement over the past few months. I really have been surprised at
the number of people who like my stuff. This music disk is dedicated
to you lot. It will only get better m8's....... promise.
Quick Hillo's to Zylax, MSC, Skidz, Log, Andy Heffor (ha ha!), Dave Jacobs,
Mike Richmond, Jacka, Slade, Tamara (couldn't resist it!) and everyone else
in Area 51. What a great bunch you are..........Text
kinda wraps now.....or does it? Is it True or is it False? We just don't
know.......I wanna see those fingers! What are the scores George Dawes....
UlriKA KA KAAA!!
Okay I'm going now.... no really! I am. Arse Pants
      Wet Kippers Flaps Bum Cheeks.....

         Over to zYLAX .............

FRONTIER SO I'D JUST LIKE TO SAY THAT BTF6 IS NEARING THE END OF PRODUXION
AND WILL BE RELEASED SHORTLY ...POSSIBLY ...DEFINATELY ...OR SUMMUTZ LIKE
THAT!!!! ALSO LOOK OUT FOR OUR NEW DISKMAG CALLED TIMESLIP THAT ZAMARA IS
CURRENTLY WORKING ON. IT'S A RETRO DISKMAG THAT IS CURRENTLY IN
DEVELOPMENT AND WILL BE BASED AROUND THE SPECCY AND OTHER 8-BIT MACHINES.
LOOK OUT FOR IT SOMETIME IN THE FUTURE!! OKAY, WELL SKIDZ IS MUTTERING

Module Name:
The Composer:

                           Completed February 11th 1997
After a series of slow mellow mods for over the winter, I decided to
make something more upbeat, and the result ... Well you're listening to it.
This mod is split into 2 parts, part two is called Everything But
                                     Amiga Action.
I'll leave it to you to suss it all out.
The Ravebusters can eat my shorts, see, us Brits can do a decent rave too!

Module Name:
The Composer:

                             Completed November 1996
Based on Mike Oldfield's tubular bells.
Tiz a nice mod to listen to in the background... possibly.
Only 1½ hours taken to complete.

Module Name:
The Composer:

Beepy little bugger this one. `Done' in early '94, but tidied more
recently. Also made compatible with Amos and Craft for B.S.E-4.

Module Name:
The Composer:

                        Completed on November 10th 1996.
This little one was made for an intro to a cheats disk which isn't available
                              at this present time.
It's also my second ever chip mod, I haven't done any others since.
                                   Maybe soon.

Module Name:
The Composer:

                          Completed February 10th 1997
This is a speeded up remix of Mike Richmond's
`Sadness' which I liked so much it inspired me to make this.
It's another module which I nearly ended up scrapping due to lack of
`interesting' ideas, but later came back to (6 months later).

Module Name:
The Composer:

                              Completed summer 1996
                  It's a re-make of the Cadbury's flake advert
which we all know and love, only I thought it'd be nice to change the
toon to be more `war-style'. The result was quite pleasing, just don't
ask me where I got the samples from to make the mod.

Module Name:
The Composer:

Tiz split in 3 parts, Autumn Fall, Midnite Wander & Winter Dreams.
Nice little toon to warm you up through these cold winter months. However, if
you're using this production in the summer or you live in Australia, it'll
give you a reminder of how cold it is at the moment.
This module is sponsored by Zylax's bedroom which is always FREEZING!
Haven't ya heard of windows, walls and doors mate?
(workbench and Windows '95 jokes abound)
Module Name:
The Composer:

                             Completed summer 1996
This has to be one of the most popular mods I've ever released
The amount of mail received in praise for this mod is unbelievable!!
I actually started working on this module in December 1995, but I
thought it was a load of crap back then until I came back to finish
it off in summer. I had new ideas for the mod and decided to release
it and see what people thought. I still wasn't happy with the mod,
but then I started receiving letters from people who said they loved
it. After listening to it a few times I have to admit it's grown on

me and I'm now quite proud of it.
