Hello and welcome to 'PRESCHOOL #1' by aBYSs! This is the first issue of our new PreTracker music compilation.. Pink is on the keys.. PreTracker is a new musictool that precalcs all needed sampledata on startup. So you get tiny songfiles with just a few kb in size. PreTracker is somewhat related to AHX in terms of features but goes far beyond in sound quality and possibilites. Different to most Amiga trackers PreTracker supports 5 instead of only 3 octaves for your instruments. The precalced samples can be played as loop, one-shoot or by sweeping through the sample with a shorter loop. This gives maximum variation in instruments without large samples. This also works nicely to emulate the sounds of the C64 SID (at least to a certain degree). Well, enough talk, just listen to the songs and have a good time. See ya in PRESCHOOOL #2!
