The Party II, a demo coders' gathering was held between December 27th and
29th 1992 in Aars, Denmark. Amiga releases were contributed to the FUNET
Archive by Soeren Doessing Nielsen of Aalborg University. Send mail to him
with the address <sauber@iesd.auc.dk> if you have any questions about the
competitions, the party itself or the original source of these files.
Users in Australia, America and Japan: transfer these files from a copy at
erratic.bradley.edu instead. Contact Matthew Simmons there using address
<zarthac@cs1.bradley.edu> if you encounter any problems.
FTP archive maintainers: I haven't yet got any other announcements about
copying these files to the other side of the Atlantic. If you have the
space to store all files (45.5 megs in total) please inform me.
If you find here corrupt files please send a note and I'll fix them.
All files are currently in directory nic.funet.fi:pub/amiga/demos/PartyII
as the following hierarchy:

This will change after a period of one month. Demos and intros will be
moved to regular group directories under /pub/amiga/demos. Graphics will
go to /pub/amiga/graphics/iff. Music files that now are here as executable
files will go to /pub/amiga/audio and will be stored in standard module
formats. Other files, depending on the type, will go to /pub/amiga/demos,
/pub/amiga/graphics or /pub/amiga/misc/diskmagazines.
Links that point to files will be created to the original hierarchy above.
All demos that don't work on a standard Amiga 500 or 2000 with AmigaOS 1.3
and 2.04 will be deleted sooner or later. To report such demos, use this
