I have heard numerous complaints about Nowhere BBS being the home of
the ware report. I have also been frustrated with the lack of work he
has been putting into the BBS with it constantly being crashed or he
himself tying up the line for hours.
I have set up a new number for The Ware Report. It is the Ware Report
Headquarters. It will be a CAE Celerity Line for uploading purposes only.
It will be one line that is why it is for uploading. It will then be
forwarded to Nowhere BBS for available download and will be put on
the Internet for a lot more users. I will put an ftp site list of where
I will be putting the wares. The BBS CAE will have no group affiliations
and the rules will stay the same. If the BBS is busy, it will only be because
of someone currently uploading, not downloading, reading messages, playing
games, etc.
I hope this can clear the confusion of problematic downloads etc, and
can make it fair for those who thought it was not.

P.S. I am open to any suggestions. Send any comments to the CAE under
private for me. I think it is more fair and a lot more easier to have a
CAE line dedicated for one reason.
Also this is nothing against T_Snake. I know he is busy and I believe
a dedicated line for a ware report is essential.
