FIRST WORDS...
This is the first issue of the N64-Major-Charts. Amiga-oldies will
remember the days were the cracking-groups waited
impatient for the monthly comming text-file which showed who was
the best for this month and who is the alltime-chart ruler...
so thats why i made this for the Nintend64. I hope you will enjoy
this chart which is comming monthly to your screen.
Initially, I have to say that it was a good month for the doc64 users
4 games in one month is quite good if you look at the situation at the
moment.. Yes, E3 was held and it's really a pitty that no one could
steal some beta-versions :) okay...

Ok, this is the 1st version of our chart mag, look for more changes
and improvements in the next issue (We know it can be a little better!).
Things are moving quite slow these times, I can't wait until xmas time
when we should see a lot more titles coming (Hopefully better ones also!)
Anyway, thats enough to say for now, on with the chart...

Icarus: " Cool, another one from SNK.. although its one of the better games
released in June I think its not worth for the game oh the month "
Zigor : " A nice world 1st, this time it wasnt Duped by anyone either.
Well, I am not a fan of these doom games but I could see that
this is better than Doom-64, especially with the 2-player mode! "

ACE-TURJ.ZIP was a bad rename of the MSFTUG file... "
Zigor : " Nothing major here but they all count for the traders.
MSFTUG must get the credit for Turok Jap and not ACE,
Re-Packing someone else's release isn't very cool! "

Icarus: " Yes, just 5 points for ISS64 because its out in japan (Striker)
Differences: Now its english and include the world-teams. "
Zigor : " A nice release by Impact (Hi Elvin!) although I wasn't too
impressed by the game itself, the gfx seem darker than the
Jap version and the speech just gets annoying for me! I think
I will carry on playing the Jap version! "

Icarus: " For me it was one of the biggest dissapointments on N64. It is
a p.u.r.e. "japano-style-game". Anyway, 8 Points for this one
for the ultimate console-connection atx+swat "
Zigor : " A long awaited game for v64 users. Most people didn't like
the game but I enjoyed it. The graphics start basic but then
get very impressive in later levels. The only hard part is
trying to figure out what to do (but thats half the fun!).
Anyway, I think MSFTUG put this out also but ATX were 1st! "
