we also drive the best and fastes cars and the music we are
listen to is the best which is available on earth.
our profession is not to work on a computer, no - we let
to our work by a computer and only give the result a real
ass kick'n design and little piece of humanity.
outsiders says: demosceners stink of shit and are dirty
like hell. those guys only know water as additive of beer.
they are like all others computer nerds. they are fat,
doing no sport and are singles. they also don't know how to
get in contact with REAL ppl (even at computerpartys they
sit in front of there sanctuary and chat in irc-chat-rooms).
i never want to be one of them...

A person who attends demoparties and/or contributes in making
demoscene productions?

a scener is one who is INTO the scene. thus in general,
a demoscener is (1) one who concerns about the demoscene
and/or (2) one who has production for the demoscene (coding,
tracking, graphic creation, administration). making stuff for
the scene and not having a stake on it doesn't make
sense to me, thus point #1. some guys don't particularly
have productions (like regular newsgroup posters),
i still consider them as sceners.
