question of the week:
whats the definition of demoscener anyways?

everything in life is defined as an ever-growing
global village, that is the structure of how we all
live, in a society that is ever-growing, and it too
is defined in the demoscene..
you look at the humble beginnings, and watch the spread,
the growth and the interest that has happened into
the scene, considering you could take into account
the amount of scener's that are in the games industry
trying to spread our talent out to further reaches.
if someone wrote a sociological thesis on the demoscene,
it would be a worthy read, but not sure if the demoscene
has gotten to the stage of such a write-up. even though
we're supposed to have already died before, and now
the scene is back. go figure.

yep. btw, greets to all my neighbours in portugal, poland,
norway, france and whereever they are :)
but this is not true for the whole scene. i met some ppl
at ms2k who actually didn't know what hirmu is :), and it
seems that these are the same people who say diskmags are
lame... seems like the scene also comprises a bunch of 'local
villages', at least here in germany...:)
