| Project N.O.M.A.D is a redevelopment program on the cutting |
| edge of science, where a small group of theorists speculated |
| that it might be possible to use alternative bio-degradable |
| fuel sources with considerably less cost and harm to the :

| The idea was originally met with scepticism, but after the |
| British government did several months of independant |
| research they discovered that the claims of the scientists |
| may well be valid. Since the affirmation of their claim by |
| producing enough of the new fuel to power an entire town's |
| transport, the Government decided this idea was too |
| dangerous to be made public knowledge ... |

| All scientists connected with the idea are currently located |
| in a small village somewhere in the British Isles, improving |
: and refining their fuel creation methods. Now, they have |
. not only succeeded in powering cars, but also replacing |
| electricity with an even cheaper and effective power source. |
| |
| This knowledge can give England a lead on the world markets, |
| destroying the stranglehold that OPEC hold on the majority |
| of the smaller countries in the world. A monopoly |_
| guaranteed to give world power to whoever holds the key ... \/

| This was 1993 ... since then, the scientists have realised |
| that the Government wants nothing more than to tighten |
| control and profit from the years of hard work and |
| dedication since the original theory was presented. |
| Reluctant to continue the work purely for the benefit of a |
| small group of aristocratic and greedy people, they have |
| slowed work on Project N.O.M.A.D to a snail's pace in an |
| attempt to stall the Government, while they decide what |
| should be done ... |
