The image is palette-colored voronoi map consisting of
2104 points. It took over one day of 8-thread CPU work
to optimize points placement using hand-tuned genetic algorithm.
Points are stored in scanline order and their coordinates
are delta-encoded (yes, I've tried many orders including
z-order and Hilbert as well). The image is further blurred
and grain is added to make it more plausible for an eye.
