"pdx-ss2t.zip" replaces "pdx-isln.zip".

"pdx-isln.zip" is the same release (i.e., Silent Scope JAP for DC) but not ripped, it contains the game code.

In summary "pdx-isln.zip" can be removed, but it should be necessary to update the sister websites like "pouet.net".
