Dose 2 by MFX

This is the Mac OS X version of Dose 2. The port was done by Marq/Fit in
one evening. Uses statically linked SDL by Sam Lantinga. Requires at least
a G3/300 and OSX.1. Less than 192MB of main memory is not a good idea.
If all else fails, run the binary from the same directory that has the
data directory. Read original information from infofile.txt.
