Instant Ejakulation presents "2003"

Just a simple happy-new-year OpenGL-intro for Win32.
And even if we didn't care enough to pack our stuff properly,
it's still an intro.

Plenty of display memory recommended, although there's an (ugly)
16bit mode for those who lack it.
