name: Flu
authors: Tony Haines (a.s.haines@bham.ac.uk) and Alain Brobecker
size: 8074 bytes + the music
needs: RiscPC, 64k writable space in directory.
descr.: Demo
Flu release 1.1 28/5/2000
or should that be flü ?
*Important*
This demo will not run from archive. Copy both the
Flu app and the music directory to somewhere with
write access like your hard drive. It also needs
64k of free space.
This is because the music is compressed and needs
to be expanded using squash before it can be used.
TimPlayer will not accept an area of memory as source,
so it has to be resaved once unsquashed.
This demo consists of five parts, which cycle.
To see the next part without waiting, press space.
You can turn the music off and on in the first demo section
- 'Flu flash' only by pushing Q and P respectively.
Escape quits.
Flu Flash
A quick animated logo.
Loss
Fire animation, featuring a 512 translucent particle display
Reflection
A simulation. The moon is reflected in water with
rain-drop ripples.
Fish
Coded by Alain Brobecker, this is a rotozoom with edges
as quadratic splines and an RGB trainee.
Colourbobs
Yet another meta-blobs routine.
