- changed all pbuffer stuff to use FBOs (properly this time).
- it now appears to work nicely on ript's machine at least.
- pbuffers suck.
- also statically linked some other libs. can't remember why.

This demo needs geforce4 and up. Desktop fillrates recommended.
We overdid our blended polies a bit. Things get a bit slow.
We were lazy. But we liked how it turned out.

Something to do with poor pbuffer support in my gf7600GS driver?
It works fine on [null]'s box (Vista/quadro FX) and XPSP2/geforce4ti.
Many a beer was consumed making this. Still trying to get rid of the manifest files
that this build has introduced.
