Hello, here is a Taiwanese Strategic War Game, similar to the
line from Koei. The graphics are pretty good and it looks
like a good game, with options for politics, etc. It is another
attempt to simulate the era (ala Romance of the 3 Kingdoms).
At the codewheel check enter any value.

Note: The game must run from the C or D drive and it must be
in directory HF1 off the root.
