Now a few words..
Dear Warez Scene,
You can quit the jokes. You can quit making fun of us. But no matter what
you say, HTC has and will be around while groups will come and go.
We were here before there was such a group called RTS, and now were still
here, and they are barely ever seen. Groups like Raw Meggage, Mindcrash,
have all faded away or are barely hanging on. Even new competition has arisen.
We have Malice, RiSC, (Still powerful even with the MikeySoft fiasco, but you
guys should stick to couriering, don't try releasing games that don't work!!)
and fATE (thought noone in HTC will recognize this group, I do believe they
have taken over and making a serious run with the courier race). There are
some other smaller courier groups, but not that. While some of our past tatics
to get the fastest warez are unethical, we have changed. We now play the
game fairly.
Why did I pick HTC? Well I could of easily join fATE or RTS, but instead
I joined HTC. I picked HTC because they have a great solid management
(unlike fATE which seems to switch management every 3 months), or don't
go doing backdoor dealing and become another group (like Malice). Even if we
don't cover all the major BBSes around the world, and are not on the best
internet sites, and were not quick enough to tag some releaes (thanks to
pre-tagging, who is?), we still try our hardest. And we're proud at what
we have achieved. But we have only started..
If you have a lot of dedication for couriering, and want to do it for fun,
that's great! Talk to us about it! But only the most dedicated are wanted.
We won't leave you hanging, and when your in, you'll have a blast! While I
should insert some cheesy saying like "HTC IN '95!", but even I don't like a
saying like that. I'm just saying that all the critiques should just shutup.
We are no joke anymore.
