The BAD request form generator is easy to use and very quick. All you need to
do is fill it out, then zip it up with your board name in it (ie: The Chasm of
Doom would be CHASM.ZIP). Then, upload it to any BAD HQ (listed in the
generator). Do not, however, post it in a network or in feedback to a BAD
member. This makes things MUCH easier for the ANSi creator and quicker as
well. Any questions, comments, or bugs about the program direct towards Zodiac
(reachable on UCANet or Unstable Society).
