He has now got copies of the taped interviews at his home and played them last nite for anyone who wanted to listen. My m8 Andy woz there and he tells me the following.... 2 tapes were played, the first from when he first got bust and the second from when he reported back to the police station a couple of weeks a go. The people interviewing him were from Oldham Trading Standards. It seems they have looked at his Ncomm phonebook and asked him about the numbers they found, He told them that he used Ncomm to call friends as it was easier than finding the numbers in his proper phonebook, he said that some of his friends had modems and he called them simply to chat on the keys. They seemed to be satisfied with his answers and no word of BBS's were mentioned throughout the interview. The main content of the interview was him selling pirate software on the market stall where he got caught. He was also asked about Gold CD's but he denied all knowledge. He still hasn't been charged with anything yet even though there was quite a lot of pirate stuff on his harddisk including PCtask and Windows 3.1. Non of this got a mention either?? My name came up and so did a few others but nothing that sounded too scary:)) Andy reckons there's not much to worry about as FAST are not involved:)))) Hope this helps anyone who had anything to do with Invisible Man.
