News submisisons must:

a) BE NEWSWORTHY material, ie. they must pertain to the art scene in general, and preferably to the underground art scene.

b) MAY NOT BE personal announcements or items which promote any one person in general --> these types of submissions must be directed to the discussions board, and the 'Annoucements" thread.

* Annoucements about how any one entity needs group members or any one group needs submissions for their latest pack may be submitted --> but these types of submissions will be directed to the discussions board, and the 'Annoucements" thread.

** Acheron reserves the right to refuse any news submission if the editor feels that it is unnewsworthy material. (It'll be placed in the discussions board, and the 'Annoucements" thread. :>)

Link/IRC channel submisisons must:

a) NOT BE related to the art scene and more specifically the underground art scene in some way, whether they be personal sites of artists, art scene related or group sites.

b) NOT BE pornographic or illegal.
