As far as I know, there are no keyboard shortcuts within the game. Arc Screen: ----------- In the beginning, the first screen you see is the Arc Screen. On this screen, you are given 8 choices. Firstly, there are three level choices, Shadow world, Egyptian world, and Classic World. If you click any of those three characters the game will automatically start you on that level. Or, if youx|ƺL" click on the door, then you are magically whisked away to the map screen where you can click on the land of choice. If you click on the bongo-playing lemming you are given 2 menus about sound control. If you click on the Golden Lemming you get yourself a practice level where you can try all sorts of devices available within the actual game. If you click on the parchment on the barrel to the right, you can load/save a game. And finally, if you click on the grate, you can go back to Dx}N rOS. _______ _______ ______ ________ / ___/____/ \__/ __/____/ ___/_____ / \__ \ __/ \ \ _______/ \_____ /__\__ /__| | \___ \ / \______/ l____/ l___|____/ \_____/ Gameplay: --------- You are playing the role of god. Your job is the save the lemmings from 3 different lemmx1ing islands, the Classic Island, Egyptian Island, and Shadow Island. Each island has 20 inhabitants. Your job is the guide the 20 lemmings through each level. If a lemming dies, then you have 19 left and so on for the next level. When you run out of lemmings, the game is over, and you must muster in self-pity for the poor little creatures. When the game screen begins, a trap door, will open and lemmings, one-by-one will drop from it, and begin to walk around aimlessly. This is the walker icon. This tells your lemming to walk if the walker icon is selected. If the walker icon is selectedx ~Q, and your lemming is walking to the right, if you click the lemming he will turn around and walk left, and vice versa. Very nice enhancement from the first two games. If your walker is working on a task (building, blocking, etc. See below) and you click them with the walker icon selected, then the selected lemming will continue to walk normally again. 2. This is the blocker icon. This changes your lemming into a tough bouncer type, who stands still, and doesn't let anyone pass. Thix _Vs is an extremely valuable tool, when you want to control the streams and streams of lemmings coming through say, when you're building a bridge, or crossing water. 3. The is the jumper icon. This allows your Lemming to jump across small gaps. Be careful though, as your lemming cannot travel down too far heights, as when gravity takes affect, you could be dazzled with lemming gore. 4. This is the brand new, never-seen-before, fabulous feature, that has not appeared in the first two x \lemming games. Throughout the game levels, there are little, square objects that your lemming can pick up. This little icons are talents. If you select a lemming with this icon, who has a picked up a talent, this enables the talent. For example, lets say your lemming has picked up a digger talent. If you select him with this icon, it will ask you which direction you want to dig. When you've selected it, your lemming will start digging through soil. Suprise yourself. Finally you are given a glance at the high score table. If you have achieved a good score you can enter it here. DURING A MATCH 5A: GOALS AND CHANCES Goals are what football is all about. In the world cup edition th^ڳere are various ways in which a goal can be scored. The goal chance must be created in the following ways. 1. A goal from open play 2. A defensive error 3. A penalty 4. A direct free kick 5. An indirect free kick or corner 6. A back pass 5B:YELLOW AND RED CARDS A player recieves a suspension for one match in the qualifying phase and during the world cup tormenent after is second, third, fourth, ect yellow card. After the qualfling phase this record iss reset to "C0", in ther words the player can recieve one more yellow card with out recieving a suspension. If a player recieves a second " or third , ect" yellow card in the last match, however, he will be suspended for the first match of the tornament. This also accounts for the red cards. Quick docs for ON THE BALL WORLD CUP EDITION See you all in my next release Regards FROSTY TrADeRs DrEaM END: ing phase this record iss reset to "x only hold one talent at a time. 5. This is the talent drop icon. Fairly self-explanitory, this icon instructs your lemming to drop the talent its picked up, thus enabling it to pick up a different one. When the talent has been dropped, it will appear as the icon on the screen again, and can be picked up at any time again by any lemming. 6. This is the timer. Bit over-complicated, (why'd you not just keep a normal clock fer christs sake) The outer ring is the counts down the secondx ss, and the inner circle counts down the minutes. When you've run out of seconds and minutes, you're dead. 7. This is the fast-forward icon. If you're waiting for your lemmings to hurry the hell up and escape, then this is a great feature. It triples the speed of your lemmings, kind of like a fast-forward button on a VCR. To stop the fast-forward icon, click it again. If you're up for a challenge, you can still play the game in fast-forward...but I'd rather not. 8. Pause icon. Self x㜒explanitory. Click it to pause the game. 9. This is the Self-destruct icon. Useful for dead-end, no solution levels. This blows up all your lemmings, killing them slowly and painfully. You have to double click this icon for it to take affect. Talent Icon Info: ----------------- Each talent has a finite number of attempts. This means they should be used sparingly. You can tell how many uses are left, by a little number in the corner of the talent box. A good example of txthis, is the building talent. In the corner of the building icon, is a number 8. This means your builder can only build with up to 8 bricks. Another example is the flotation icon. If there's a number 1, he can only float across water once. Try again, and he will drown. Other Controls: --------------- -To select a lemming, click with your Left mouse-button. -To identify a lemming with a talent, press the Right mouse-button, and he will be highlighted in red. -If you drag your mox"Xuse over a lemming with a talent, his talent will appear in the talent box, in the panel at the bottom of the screen. _______ _______ ______ ________ / ___/____/ \__/ __/____/ ___/_____ / \__ \ __/ \ \ _______/ \_____ /__\__ /__| | \___ \ / \______/ l____/pRzl___|____/ \_____/ THE OPTIONS SCREEN: xCM ------------------- There are two reasons for seeing this screen. Their spore ship had been coursing through the vast, intractable wastes of space for aeons, since before humans had made their first fumbling attempts at interplanetary travel.Since before humans had made their first steps even.By chance the ship, really nothing more+ than an egg,had landed on Azarin, long before Humans had discovered that planet. Then humans came,at first in ones and twos, then in hordes once they discovered the planet was rich in Tellurinium,a vital element in military spaceship hulls. A Military Research Unit was established.Basically a mining colony, populated by scientists and civilians. The ore was mined and refined and new and better alloys were developed. As the fusion furnace installations grew bigger, and burnt fiercer, their heat awoke something.Something buried deep beneath the surface of the planet. A cold, Black finger broke through a chitinous surface... then another. A third! The the spore splitm and a small unpleasant creature broke loose, and began to burrow for the surface. It was one of the Alien Breed! The creatures superb senses detect the heat of the furnaces, felt the reverberations of the hydraulic presses, sensed the presence of the humans savoured the smell of food. Driven by an instinmct as keen an intelligence, the creature headed for the MRU. While the humans sleptpowerful security systems would protect them from anything large enough to present a threat. But the creature was no threat, small and silent as a cat... it made its way into the base. There it began to devour the rats that have populated the universe as efficiently as humans ever did, following in man's footsteps, living in his abodes, eating his waste. And now the rats themselves were food.Food for an AlienK) Breed. After months of scurrying about in the dark (dark that was a clear as daylight to the Breed) feeding and growing, the creature stopped, and rested. Its icy-black skin became grey, its smooth surface became pitted, covered in slime, foul.Within days it was a brittle grey lump. And that's how it stayed, for months, like a dead thing. But it was not dead,it was in cocoon. Months passed, until the shell of cocoon split, and from it burst hundred of small aliens, each one an exact replica,a MQgenetic clone of the original creature. Each one went looking for food, and the cycle began again. For years, the creatures grew, replicated and grew again until a multitude of Alien Breed inhabited the spaces between the base and the planet, the gaps in the walls, the ventalation shafts.Until there were too many to live on waste and vermin, too many to resist.Until they began to spill from the floors and the walls into the human's space, killing whatever came in their way.The invasion had \begun. As the corridors of the MRU were filled with the smoke and debris of the pitched battle,a few survivors made their way to a communications console and issued an SOS message on all frequencies... Coursing through the vast emptiness of space, the Dreadnought Herona intercepted the message. The crew responded instantly, and the ship began the manoeuvres necessary to change direction.Manoeuvres like these can take a while for a ship that is some kilometres in length. But the time g-ewas not wasted. In the weeks that it took Herona to reach Azarin 2E,dropships were prepared.Crews briefed and trained. As the huge vessal approached the Azarin system, ten dropships were launched. They set course for the planet, and flew in close formation, taking a low course across Azarin's spectacular surface. As they crossed the crater rim of the vast extinct volcano that housed the fire.Evasive manoeuvres were taking, evasive flight patterns were deployed, but for most of the ships it wa ™s all in vain.Nine of the ten ships were destroyed, and your vessel was wrecked on crash landing... Now you have to gain access to the giant towers, battle your way throughthe Alien infested corridors, and locate the alien queen.Destroy her,and instagate the base destruct procedures, then make your escape. The Tower Assault has begun! Playing Tower Assault --------------------- The game begins with you next to your crashed dropship.Collect any pick-ups that you see - detailed below - bu ԈXt avoid the security land mines.Caution advised as security lasers around the base are active and out of control. Each level of the game has specific missions. You will be informed by your Personel Data Console what each of these missions is.Follow the instructions to the letter, failure to do so can often result in disaster. Once you have gained access to the base, look out for Intex Networks computer consoles. These machines are invaluable sources of supplies, ordnance and information }ũ.To access the console ,stand facing the unit and depress the spacebar. You will be admitted to the main menu screen.Beware,in the fighting that ensued with the Alien invasion of the base, some consoles were damaged. Hard Drive Installaion ---------------------- AMIGA - Tower Assault may be installed to the hard drive of AGA machines. To do this, boot from the ECS data disk (2)and follow the on screen instructions. IBM PC - Insert disk one intro dive A: and type A: dA Now type INSTALL and follow the on screen instructions. Options ------- When you begin to play Tower Assault, you will be presented with the opportunity to access an options screen. On this screen you will be given control of the following game parametres: Number of players ----------------- Tower Assault can be played by either one or two players simulataneously. The default mode is one player.Connect another joystick to the mouse port to enjoy two player blasting action. Sh are credits ------------- This enables you to share any credits you find in the two-player game equally between both players. Two player shots ---------------- Safe or Harmful. This determines whether your shots in the two-player game will do injury to the other player, should you happen to shoot them.If the harmful option is selected, far greater caution and skill is required. Skill level ----------- Normal and Difficult.Tower Assault is a pretty tough game at any skill level, but ifݣ you are so good that the default difficulty is too easy for you, try it on difficult, but you have been warned,it ain't easy! Controls -------- Spacebar - Accesses the Intex Networks database when used in the proximity beyond the boundaries of the current screen. M - Activates a hand map. The hand map allows you to see the layout of your immediate proximity beyond the boundaries of the current screen. The map may also be activated by keepinQg the second joystick/pad button pressed depressed for over half second. P - Pauses the game.Press [p] again to restart. When playing from hard disk, pressing [Esc] will return you to the workbench screen. To return to the game close the Tower Assault window. Alt - The left alt key cycles through player one's available weapons. The right alt key accesses player two's armoury. Shift - The left [Shift] key places plDayer one in retreat mode. This means that he can back off from a wave of Alien attackers whilst still blasting them with his weapon. The right [Shift] key toggles Retreat mode for player two. If you are using a two button joypad or joystick the second button will toggle retreat mode. In two-player mode, retreat is best used by one player at a time. In The Base ----------- When you are within the MRU towers, and in šPthe area immediately outside you will find items that were dropped by the colonists during the struggle with the Alien Breed .Collecting these items will often be advantageous, and sometimes it will be vital to the success of your mission. Look out for these symbols: First Aid --------- Whenever a player sustains a hit from a weapon,or comes into contact with an alien,he sustains an injury which is displayed as a reduction in his energy.By collecting first aid pick-ups you can heal Dyour players injuries and refill his energy level. Credits ------- Collecting credit units dropped by the panicing colonists will enable you to purchase extra supplies and armoury from the computer consoles. Keys ---- When the red alert was sounded, the MRU'S security doors automatically closed.Collect security keys to facilitate access between areas. If you cannot find any keys, doors can be forced, but significant fire-power and persistence is required. Access Passes ------------- SZ)ome doors protect areas of a higher security rating. These doors cannot be opened by a general purpose access key, they require the appropriate pass to be located.Pass/door combinations are identified by colour coding. Decklift Passes --------------- Access to certain levels is restricted from other areas of the base.In these circumstances you must ensure you have located and collected a decklift pass before attempting to use the lift.Failure to do so can be fatal. Ammunition ------żD---- Carefully monitor you ammunition indicator.Without ammo, even the most awsome weaponry will offer you no protection.Keep a look out for ammo clips discarded by fleeing colonists. Weapons ------- Most of the time you will upgrade your weapons by accessing the Intex computer system after you have collected enough credits to afford a new gun.But occasionally you will stumble upon the body of a colony security officer. These operatives frequently carried powerful weaponry,so you mayƛ m be able to obtain a new, more potent gun from these corpses. Maps ---- The map range of your own PDC is very limited, occasionally you will find a map console belonging to the base, this can be used to get a longer range view of the current level. Pesonal Data Cards ------------------ Many colonists kept information about the base on PDCs which they carried with them at all times.Be sure to check the corpses you discover around the base for these items. Data vital to your success mayǕ be found in this way. Survivors --------- On some levels of the base, you will find humans who have survived the alien holocaust. You must release these humans in order for them to escape. Radioactivity ------------- Watch out for this symbol. Some area of the base are contaminated with radioactivity from when the Alien Breed penetrated the reactor cores.Spend as little time as possible in these areas, while you are in them your energy levels will be depleted more quickly.Use food an Zd first aid to help recovery. TYPED IN SLO\/\/LY BY CAPT.B & TWIRL HEY HOT TUNA DON'T YOU KNOW HOW TO KEEP YOUR ROCKETS AND SHOOTING STAR FIREWORKS UNDER CONTROL YET? Premier Manager 3 is "the business", so get ready to kick off the new season with the reigning champions and this years favourite for the title. SIGNING ON THE DOTTED LINE AND CHOOSING A TEAM Select one of the panels by clicking on it with the left mouse button A dotted line will appear in the panel, type your name and pres return. A photograph box and the name of a Conference Leag= lue team will now appear in the panel. You can select a different photograph or team by clicking on the arrows on the left and right of these features to automatically toggle through all the photographs (we've added a couple of blanks in here so you don't have to be represented in the game by something that would frighten old ladies and could possibly model for gargoyles at weekends) and all the Conference teams. Please note that the photograph option mentioned above is not available ቔC on the Amiga 500/600 version of this game. Two Players can play Premier Manager 3 simultaneously. After player 1 has finished entering his/her name, choosing a photo and team, player 2 clicks on the unused panel and enters their name and chooses a photo and team. Once you've started the game use the spacebar to toggle between players. When you are satisfied with your settings press the spacebar or click on Start Game at the bottom of this screen. PRE-SEASON FRIENDLIES After sele Xcting your team you will be given the opportunity to play up to four friendly games. At this point in the game you are two weeks away from the start of the season, the Number icons 1 to 4 at the bottom left of the screen represent dates for the optional matches you can play before the season starts. If you click on the Number 1 icon, you will see that the first friendly is for Monday - week one of 1994, of you click on 2 you will see that the date for that friendly is Wednesday - wee ǿk one, 3 and 4 represent two further matches matches in the second week before the season starts. If you wish to play only one friendly, select a number icon and then a team from the list to play against by clicking ono the team with mouse icon and then click on the on/off at the bottom right of the screen. If you want to play more than one friendly, select your friendly as described above then click on another Number icon and select another team to play against. Continue clicking o n the icons 1 to 4 to toggle you through all the available pages of teams Once you've decided how many friendlies you wish to play click on the on/off switch to take you back to the Main Menu. Friendlies can be useful, they allow you to check out your squad before the season starts. You can then spot any adjustments and fine tuning that may need making before the start of the season. The down side to all this is that you won't make any money from playing friendies away from home and ` you run the risk of injuries as well as players being sent off before the season even starts. Before you click on the Play Match Icon on the Main Menu, we strongly recommend that you read the rest of this manual and follow the advice given. Click on the on/off to go to the Main Menu. The icons at the bottom of the screen, from left to right are: 1-4 - Friendlies Icons. Click on these icons to set-up friendly matches. Fixture Icon. Click on this to check out your timetable for youc@r team. View Current Team Icon. Click here to check out your team and their rating. RESULT REPORTS AND RESULTS MONITOR Results Reports. If you have this feature turned on in the Game Options you will be able to see the result of every match being played, you can if you wish just choose to see the Result Reports from the League your playing in. On this screen you will be given the results of the matches, who scored, the crowd attendance, the weather, the referees name, who was injured and who was booked. To view all the available pages click on Next at the bottom of the screen. To start the match click Exit. Results Monitor. If you have the Results Monitor turned on in the Game Options it will appear after you've played a match. Here you can see the results of every match. Just click on the division buttons to see the results and use the up and down buttons on the left of the on/off switch to scroll the results screen up and down. Click on the On/Off button to <# Jreturn to the Main Menu. Note. If you haven't chosen to play all four friendlies and you have match reports for Friendies switched on you must click on Match at the bottom of the screen so that PM3 can calculate the results. PM3 works in real time fixtures and as such each match must be played so the league positions etc. can be worked out. Pre-Match Screen. After you've clicked on the Play Match icon on the Main Menu you will be presented with the Pre-Match Screen. Here you will be told which divisions are playing, who you are playing against. Click on Match at the bottom of the screen to play your match. This screen will also tell you if you have an invalid team selected. If the division you are playing in isn't playing and you have the Result Reports turned on you will be taken to that screen, if you don't have any of the reports turned on you will be returned to the Main Menu. MAIN OPTION SCREEN The icons on the Main Menu, from left to right starting from )ƨthe top are: Save/Load Game, Game Options, Transfer Market, Ground Improvements, Sponsorship, Team Icon, Managers History, Business Case, Telephone, League Tables, The Cups, Fax Machine, Club Finances, Play Match. This screen is made up of all the major icons you'll need to get your squad to the top of the Premier League. Some of the icons you'll use more than others and you can use them in any order you wish. The following pages will give you a full break down of what each icon do5es and what it can be used for. Main Menu Icon. TEAM SELECTION Select the team icon to check out your squad, see Squad Analysis and Selection for more Details on making major changes to your team. Your team is divided into five sections, each of which has a distinctive colour. The colours are as follows: GOALKEEPERS - DARK GREEN DEFENCE - LIGHT GREEN MIDFIELD - YELLOW ATTACKERS - ORANGE RESERVES - RED You will also notice that each player has an initial before their surname, thisU isn't the initial of the players Christian name (if it was, it would suggest that their parents had a somewhat limited vocabulary) it's the position he plays. For example, G Owens doesn't mean the players name is George Owens, it means that Owens highest skill is that of a goalkeeper. You can if you wish play anyone in any position you like but playing a goalkeeper as an attacker is not a wise move, although the goalie will play in this position he will be out classed and would have튔 b very little to offer. TEAM ANALYSIS AND SELECTION SCREEN This screen provides you with all the information you'll need to put together a killer squad (or just squeeze the best out of a would-be weekend pub team). To leave any of the following screens, click on the on/off switch at the bottom right of the screen. The Team Selection Screen lists all the players with a full break down of all their attributes: HN = Handling TK = Tackling PS = Passing SH = Shooting HD = Heading CR = C3;ontrol The numbers below these headings represent your players ability at that particular skill, the figures are scaled between 1 and 99. So if one of your Attackers has a score of 90 under TK it means he's one of the best tacklers in the world. If he has a score of 10 under TK it basically means he couldn't get a ball off a five year old. Players, teams and members of staff are also graded in bands. This enables you to get a good overview of abilities, strengths and weaknesses of ih5both individuals and the team. The grades are as follows: 1. Fair 2. Good 3. Very Good 4. Superb 5. Outstanding 6. World Class 7. Exceptional 8. The Ultimate The first three of these bands are also graded with a star system, so a team or player rated as Fair * would be totally hopeless. Each of the first three can have up to five * after their rating so a team rated as Very Good followed by ***** would just be under the banding of Superb. Attributes. The first four attributes mentioS@*\ned earlier are basically self-explanatory but the attributes Control and Fitness need explaining a little more in depth. Control. This refers to your players ability to bring the ball under control, dribble the ball and ride tackles. Players with greater control will be more successful in these areas. Fitness. Players who are at peak fitness will have a number listed in the high nineties, the lower this number is the less fit the player is and the more likely they are to pick up an Ssinjury. You should monitor each players fitness level closely, pushing a player too hard in both matches and training can proove fatal, as can putting a player back in the team just after an injury. Players And Their Statistics - Team Selection. Select a player by clicking on them with the left mouse button, this will give you a list of the players personal stats on the right side of the screen. This provides you with the vital information you need to fine tune each player as well asJ a full break down of their training schedule, age, wages, number of goals scored (or conceded for your goalkeeper), whether they are insured they are insured, contract details (see the Telephone for more information on this point) and any disciplinary points conceded. The average Physio can only treat four players at any one time (soe of the better Physios can treat up to eight players but the really poor ones can only treat two players) and the treatment he can offer is cheaper than the Hospital or the private hospital Lillishall but it is nowhere as effective. Your Physio can treat any injuries, injuries between seven and (Ryten can be treated in the hospital. Treatment of over ten weeks can be treated at Lillishall. Treatment in the Hospital or Lillishall may be costly but it is a guaranteed method to ensure your player makes a speedy recovery. 7. Timetable Icon. It's worth your while to kep checking the Job Centre from time to + Gtime throughout the game to check for better qualified members of staff. if you wish to fire a member of staff who is performing badly, select theer name from the list by clicking on it, the computer will ask you if you're sure you want to sack the individual, if you're sure you want to sack them type Y for yes or N for no. The employees name will now disappear from your employees list. To replace existing staff with better qualified staff you must first fire your existing member of , @staff. For example if your head coach is graded as Fair** and you want to set a head coach on with a grading of Good*, you must first fire the head coach with the grading as Fair** before you can set the better coach on. If you choose to sack the employee he will disappear from your employees list, care should be taken when doing this because when you hire or fire staff you will have to pay them roughly two months wages. From time to time you may also apply for the managers job wit-h another team. You'll find this information on the Fax Machine (see Fax Machine for further details). At the bottom of the Job Centre screen the name of the club and the division they play in will appear as below: TEAM DIVISION A Chesterfield Division 2 N To apply for the job, click on the letter N to change it to the letter Y. If you are successful in in your application for the new position you will be offered a contract by the.5- club. If you are unsuccessful you will receive a fax informing you to that effect. You should use a certain amount of caution when applying for other jobs because if you are constantly turned down for every job your directors will begin to loose confidence in you. You may find that it's your job that's up for grabs. While you're at the Job Centre you chould at the very least hire an assistant manager, a head coach, a physio and a scout. This will become more relevent as you use th/ ie other icons on this screen. 2. Assistant Directors Icon. This is where you find out how well you are doing with your football managerial skills. You'll see your ratings for your managerial skill plus the directors and supporters confidence. You can also apply for money from your directors. Click on Apply For Money and type in the amount you require and press return, you will be told if your application has been accepted or declined. This is a good way to get some fast cash for "t0Ilhat player" you've been after or to build new facilities but don't be surprised if you get turned down if you apply for vast amounts if the directors confidence in you is low. if your club is so poor or you wish to spare yourself the embarrassment of coming bottom of the league again you can hand in your resignation, click on Hand In Resignation and confirm this by pressing either Y or N. If you resign you'll have to start fom scratch. 3. Insurance Case Icon. An important factor wh1 S\en managing a team, you can insure your player against any injuries obtained on or off the field. You cn change a players training anytime you wish but be careful about training players too hard for too long, they may receive injuries while training, which will waste all your previous training sessions with the player. For training to be successful it is wise to hire specialised coaches from the Job Centre. This type of coach can boost your teams ability at a particular skill, if a coach has the letters PS in brackets after his job title it means th5 #5%-ter the club fee, player fee, wage and length of contract and press return., the player will if any or none of your offers have been accepted. Some of the sponsors will be offering a oone-off lump sum whilst others will want to pay weekly. If you need a quick injection of cash, take the one-off payments. Weekly payments offer more over all and will give you a steady cash flow. To fill your advertising boards, click on the sponsor board and if there's enough available space the boards will be placed. To scroll round the ground use the stadium icon on the riBTght of the screen, the numbers on this icon represent the numbers of free boards you have at that end of the ground. At the side of the stadium you see a text information box, this will tell you whether the free boards are for pitch or covering. Your advertising boards can be increased by building covering on your stadium (see Grand Improvement), this enables advertisers to place their boards on the eves of the covering. It's worth noting that the ends of the ground that face your hCdqHome supporters are the most desirable and the easiest to fill. GROUND IMPROVEMENTS Ground improvements are now a necessity rather than a luxury, this screen allows you to improve your ground and enjoDuOy the full benefits of a fully modernized ground. When work like building covering, new terraces or fitting new seating is under taken the capacity of that area of the ground will be reduced to 12% of the normal capacity until the improvements have been completed. The following is a small break down of each improvement you can make: Terracing And Seating. The better they are the more likely they are to be full with your fans, a covered terrace with seating and good facilities is more G6 appealing than a windy concrete terrace with food a dog would turn its nose up at. If you add seating to any area you can charge a little more for it ad if you're feeling flush you can also improve the seating from wooden to plastic. Covering. Even the most basic covering is more likely to entice more fans than and open area and it has the added bonus of increasing your advertising boards thus increasing your revenue. Facilities. This will increase then amount of miscellaneous sales H!]Ϋyou make at each game, hats, scarves, inflatables etc. Supporters Club. There's nothing worse for a hard-core supporter than having to wait in the rain with those who only come to matches once every blue moon. Building a Supporters Club will ensure that your hard-core fans will ome and watch every match regardless of the weather or how bad you're playing. Under-Soil Heating. This will stop those winter games from being postponed, this will leave the end of the season less congested. (OHGFEDCBA@?>=<;:9876543210/.-,+*)('&%$#"!I"{Y:Floodlights/Scoreboard. These are general improvements to the overall quality of your ground. Car Park. Expensive and not much to look at but it will make your ground more accessible to a larger amount of people and will increase the attendance. Safety. This will improve the safety rating of your ground. the FA are incredibly strict with regard to the safety of every ground, they are also keen on fining those who ignore it. A visit from their inspectors occurs at least once a season J#JŎand they can prove costly, you've been warned. Changing Your Ground Name. If the Directors think you're making an unwise move the allowance will be a big fat zero, even if they do give you some money it may not be enough to actually buy the player. Care should be taken here, because if you open the bidding for a player you can bet your bottom dollar that otherT-5&`- clubs will take an interest and if you don't have enough of the folding stuff to out bid them the player will be bought by someone else. It's like cutting off your nose to spite your face. If you do have enough to bid with, then enter the amounts you think will interest the player and press return after each entry. If you are promoted to the iBnext division always increase your safety rating by at least one star. Try your directors for money before applying for a costly bank loan. Try and get all your young players to sign a contract for the maximum five years. Don't apply for a job with other clubs unless your manegement rating is quite high, if you do your directors confidence will decrease making it harder to get money from them as well as the possibility of you getting the sack. Keep a watchful eye on how many playjCZ?ers and members of staff you have on the payroll, excess baggage is costly.
